And one tree is even broken.
But the main thing that immediately draws attention is the stones. They are everywhere on the canvas ... And also pay attention to how skillfully the “light-shadow” is conveyed! It’s so accurate that you won’t understand what time of year it is: early autumn or spring, or rainy summers.
On the canvas is a quiet family idyll and forest, which has always inspired me with calm and understanding of eternity. Not only that, the author managed to convey the sensations of windy weather, a game with a shadow added many advantages to this canvas. And most importantly, there is no sense of picturesqueness, but it seems that this is a photograph. And if you consider that the artist painted all this from memory, without forcing the nature to stand in certain poses, then this is completely worthy of admiration.
After all, everything seems to be simple: to depict the forest and add the figures of people there. But it is necessary to do this so as not to spoil the impression of work. This was not always and not always possible for everyone ...
